Color Me Into is a DBA of Zman Auctions, LLC, a Missouri company. Printed books shipped to a Missouri address include sales tax at the combined rate configured for the shop. Instant PDFs and custom digital pages are not taxed. This paragraph is for the lawyer to confirm.
PDFs and printed books are for personal use. You can print as many copies as you like at home for your family. They are not a license to sell the pages or use them commercially.
You confirm you have permission to upload the photos. Don't ask for trademarked characters (for example Disney princesses, Marvel heroes, or other branded characters). Those prompts are refused. Put a first name on the banner instead of a character name.
Previews are watermarked and low resolution so you can decide before paying. Paying unlocks the clean print file. Screenshots of a preview are not a substitute for the file you buy.
Printed books ship to US addresses with shipping included in the price. A book shipped to Missouri also has sales tax added at checkout. Production is usually a few business days, then postal transit. Dates are estimates. A gift note is passed to the person packing the order.
If generation fails and we can't deliver what you paid for, email [email protected] and we'll refund that order. This sentence is a product promise for the MVP and still needs a lawyer's wording.
